Shipping Information
Live Fish and Aquatic Plants ship free via UPS or Fedex Next Day Air (Once the order has processed). Aquatic life ships Monday to Wednesday only (Friday arrival at the latest).

If there are shipping delays for your aquatic life orders:
1) If you did not get a shipping confirmation email then the order is still processing.
2) Due to size of machine and usually the fish would be the cause of delay.
3) Papua New Guinea fish are more difficult to get due to small size.
4) OCEAN Protocol medical exam and procedure can also delay orders.

All other products ship via ground (5-7 days),
1) Products $12.49+ receive free shipping via USPS ground. Otherwise flat-rate shipping would be $6.99.


Return Information
Email if you receive a damaged, defected, incorrect or missing product item.

Returning Aquatic Life
Email if you wish to return your aquatic life order. This process must be done quickly so the otherwise healthy fish can return. Best if you do not open the bag otherwise you will have to aerate, inflate and ship back via Overnight. Email for a pre-paid Overnight label and instructions in these circumstances.

If aquatic life arrives damaged or not alive, on the day of within 2 hours of delivery, you can request for refund.

On the day of delivery there will only be a warranty claim if you experience fish loss within that same day (Before 12:00 AM). This will be store credit.

 

Purchasing by Bitcoins

1. Purchasing by Bitcoins is by-appointment only, 30 minute appointments or else the appointment has to restart again.

2. Purchase the BTC currency through an exchange, such as Gemini Crypto Trade, with either ACH or credit/debit card. The Gemini network is not instantaneous, available funds are not immediate for withdrawal until the currency has moved through the network.

3. You can purchase currency ahead with more currency.

4. Suggest sending currency through a crypto wallet provider vs. a cryptocurrency exchange (Crypto trade).

5. The purchasing by Bitcoins method takes about 7 days time.

6. You can then schedule an appointment to get through Telegram.
