Maroon Clownfish (Premnas biaculeatus), Spine-Cheeked Anemonefish
 
Maroon Clownfishes should be trained to use the sand instead of expensive anemones. Possibly by encouraging a well-maintained slime coat. These fish have a bold red body color with mainly white stripes. Like other powerful marine and rare marine fishes, the Maroon Clownfish also tend towards a size-based monarchy. The addition of zooplankton can create an amicable experience without the need for expensive corals and anemones.

Usually the same species can be housed in the same aquarium. Feeding aquarium animals may or may not eat the first day. Feed fish in increments until full. Complete water changes every week.
